You are welcome to return every purchase within 14 days and the cost of the purchase will be fully refunded.
1. Please send us an email (sales@norwegianrain.no) with name, order number and a short description of why it will be returned (this will help us to improve our customer service upfront).
2. You receive an email with post address where the package should be returned.
3. The product must be returned unused and in perfect condition in the original packaging.
4. The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be returned unless a new product is chosen/or unless the return is due to an accepted complaint. In that case, the shipping receipt must be attached.
5. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We can recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
6. As soon as we have received your returned package we will transfer the amount of purchase to the same account as used during purchase. . - Ordering

- Please note that customers outside Norway are shopping tax free (20 % off on given prices). The tax will be excluded in Checkout.
Please also note that customers outside Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Norwegian Rain has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. .
